Star Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has said regular sex contributes to a woman’s youthful appearance, adding that she is “getting more than enough.”

The 48-year-old made the remark during an appearance on Morayo Afolabi-Brown’s The Morayo Show while responding to a question about the secret behind her youthful look.

Ojo dismissed the idea that being single or married determines a woman’s happiness or appearance, saying the quality of a relationship is what matters.

‘We (single mothers) are happy. I think some married women are happy too. I don’t think it’s about being single or being married.

‘I think it’s about the person that you’re with. Sex has a lot to do with a woman’s glow. I’m getting more than enough. Maybe those with marriage certificates aren’t getting enough’, she said.

The actress also spoke about her relationship with talent manager Paul Okoye, popularly known as Paul O, describing it as one built on understanding and mutual respect.

‘We’re two mature people and two very busy people, but the most important thing is to understand each other, to support each other, to be there for each other. You know, we fight.

‘We have our, you know, ups and downs. It’s normal, but the most important thing is that we respect each other. We respect our space and what we do, you know, and we just move on with that’.

Ojo, who publicly confirmed her relationship with Paul O in 2022, also reflected on her previous marriage to Ademidun Ojo, saying she stayed in the union longer than she should have because she took time before deciding to leave.

She added that details of that period of her life would be explored in her forthcoming book and her next cinema movie.
